Refund policy

Mounts.ae does not process orders or payments directly through this website — all purchases are arranged directly with our sales team following a quote request. Return, exchange, and warranty terms are agreed as part of that sales process and confirmed at the time of invoicing.

All products are covered by a 1-year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects and product malfunctions from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper installation.
